Q1: How are your treats made?
All our products are locally made in small batches, using low-temperature air-drying/freeze-drying processes to retain the maximum amount of nutrients and original flavor. Each treat contains no preservatives, flavorings, colorings, or salt and sugar.

In our pet treat workshop, every air-dried treat undergoes a rigorous process to ensure it's natural, safe, and delicious:
1. Carefully Selected Ingredients
We only use fresh meat and ingredients of human food grade, with transparent sourcing. We never use offal scraps or inferior byproducts.
2. Low-Temperature Slow Drying
Using low-temperature air-drying technology (50–65°C), we retain the original nutrients and flavor of the ingredients while effectively removing moisture, preventing bacterial growth, and extending shelf life.
3. No Preservatives, No Seasonings
Completely salt-free, sugar-free, and flavor-free, providing your pet with the purest, most natural taste.
4. Hand-Sliced and Packaged
Each treat is personally processed and inspected by us to ensure it's the right size, uniform thickness, and dry without being greasy, making chewing safer and more comfortable.
5. Small-batch production, fast delivery
To ensure freshness and quality, we insist on small-batch production, packaging immediately after completion, and delivering to you and your pet as quickly as possible.

Freeze-drying is a food preservation technology that retains the most complete nutritional value.
Our freeze-dried snacks, from selection to production, are designed every step to ensure your pet eats safely and healthily:
1. Fresh flash freezing, locking in nutrients
Fresh ingredients are immediately flash-frozen at -40°C after processing to lock in moisture and nutrients and prevent oxidation.
2. Vacuum low-temperature sublimation dehydration
Through a low-temperature vacuum drying process lasting 12–24 hours, the water in the ingredients sublimates directly from an ice state into gas, bypassing the liquid state, avoiding cell damage, and fully preserving flavor and nutrients.
3. Additive-Free and All-Natural
No preservatives, flavorings, or colorings added throughout the entire process. Uses only a single ingredient: 100% natural pure meat, suitable for pets with food sensitivities or sensitive stomachs.
4. Crispy and Lightweight, Easy to Feed
The freeze-dried treats are crisp and easy to chew. They can be fed directly or rehydrated into wet food, suitable for pets of all ages and dental conditions.
5. Hand-Cut and Packaged
Each piece of freeze-dried meat and fish is hand-selected and cut to ensure it's the right size for dogs and cats. Quality is checked again before packaging; no compromises made.
Q2: What age is this product suitable for?
Our treats are suitable for cats and dogs 3 months and older with basic chewing ability.
For dogs with specific medical conditions, advanced age, or dental problems, it is recommended to consult a veterinarian and choose a softer or easier-to-chew series.
Q3: Can it be used as a main food?
Our products are nutritional treats or supplementary foods, suitable for use as rewards, to supplement protein, or to improve appetite.
The main food should be a balanced formula or fresh food.
Q4: What is the shelf life?

Unopened, shelf life is 3 months.
Consume as soon as possible after opening to ensure optimal flavor and quality.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Reseal the packaging tightly after each use to prevent moisture absorption or spoilage.
<Freeze-dried Products>
Unopened, shelf life is 6 months.
Consume as soon as possible after opening to ensure optimal flavor and quality.

Q5: Do you accept custom orders or bulk purchases?
We welcome inquiries from pet stores, veterinary clinics, pet parties, etc.

Q7: How to pick up your order?
- Pick up your order at our Kwun Tong store/studio. Please confirm your order is ready beforehand.
- Use SF Express. Free SF Express station or self-service locker for orders over $500 after discount.
- Market pickup: Weekend markets at Nan Fung Textile Factory in Tsuen Wan, D2 Place One 2/F in Lai Chi Kok, or Airside in Kai Tak. Please check the latest market information first.
