Shipping Policy

The following is our detailed shipping policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

I. Delivery Methods

We offer the following two pickup methods for your convenience:

1. Self-Pickup Service

· Pick up at our Kwun Tong studio: You can choose to pick up your order at our Kwun Tong studio regardless of the amount. After placing your order, we will have someone confirm the pickup time with you.

· Pick up at designated markets: We participate in various market events from time to time. You can choose to pick up your order at a designated market location when placing your order. A staff member will prepare your order.

2. Regular Dried Goods & Snacks - Express Delivery

· SF Express Service: We partner with SF Express to provide safe and reliable delivery services.

· Free Shipping Conditions: Orders over HK$500 after discounts qualify for free shipping to designated SF Express stations or SF Express self-service lockers. (Excluding selected special offer items)

· Freight Collect: Orders under HK$500 after discounts will incur freight collect via SF Express, delivered to your designated Hong Kong address, SF Express station, or SF Express self-service locker.

3. Fresh Food Packs - Express Delivery

· SF Express Service: We partner with SF Express to provide safe and reliable delivery services.

· Free Shipping Conditions: Orders over HK$400 after discounts qualify for free shipping to designated SF Express stations or SF Express refrigerated lockers. (Except for designated special offer items)

• Freight collect: If the discounted order amount is less than HK$400, the freight collect will be charged by SF Express and the goods will be delivered to your designated Hong Kong address, SF Express station or SF Express freezer.

II. Shipping Instructions

• Shipping Time: All orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation. Self-pickup orders will have their pickup time arranged separately.

• Delivery Area: Currently, express delivery service is limited to Hong Kong.

• Order Tracking: After shipment, we will send you the SF Express tracking number via WhatsApp so you can track your delivery progress at any time.

III. Important Terms

1. Product Nature: All products in this store are food items. To ensure food safety and hygiene, returns and exchanges are not accepted after shipment. Please carefully confirm the product type, quantity, and delivery details before placing your order.

2. Delivery Responsibility: After the goods are delivered to SF Express, the risk during the delivery process will be borne by SF Express. In case of delivery issues or damage, please contact SF Express and us immediately. We will assist in handling the situation.

3. Information Accuracy: Please ensure that the provided delivery address, contact number, and email address are correct. We will not be responsible for delivery errors or delays caused by incorrect information.

4. Inclement Weather Arrangements: If SF Express services are suspended due to typhoons, heavy rain, or other severe weather, delivery times will be delayed accordingly. We appreciate your understanding.
